    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in or serving Fairfax County, Virginia, and the parties consent to that venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
